We need a new Liberia,
A place where politicians
can be trusted for their words.
We need a new Liberia,
A place where teachers
will impact true and advance education.
We need a new Liberia,
A place where courts will
protect the society without discrimination.
We need a new Liberia,
A place where doctors will
genuinely care about your health
We need a new Liberia,
A place where nurses will
Work for the love of you
We need a new Liberia,
A place where journalists
will stand up for the truth.
We need a new Liberia,
A place where students
will strive for and acquire quality education.
We need a new Liberia,
A place where preachers
will practice what they preach.
We need a new Liberia,
A place where businessmen
will acquire wealth without exploitation.
We need a new Liberia,
A place where soldiers
will not have to pull a gun indiscriminately
We need a new Liberia
A place where police
Will fight crime and not exploit the innocent
We need a new Liberia,
A place where farmers’ production will
Be enough to feed the nation.
We need a new Liberia,
A place where everybody will
be treated humanely without discrimination.
