JAMES (diehard battery) YARCLAY IS BAAAAACK!

By: Socrates Kamara- (June 08th 2005)

"...The only question that I have for Chairman Bryant and the NTGL, is that why is James Yarclay not in jail for making false claims to the Liberian Government, and insulting Government officials. At this stage, we the Liberian people are demanding, and strongly recommending to the Contract and Monopoly Commission that such a person and the company that he represents be immediately excluded from the bidding process, and turned over to the Justice Ministry for prosecution. ...."

Dear Mr. Editor and my Fellow Liberians,

I now see why our country is going nowhere but end up in a whirlpool of confusion, and endless corruption. Last month in my article to you, I thought that this whole shameless and crooked man named James Yarclay and his fiasco was behind us when Chairman Bryant Decided to redo the entire bidding process. It has been demonstrated time and again that Mr. James Yarclay lied and used fake documents, and bribed his way to even get to as far as he got to win the bid. That is as crystal clear as it can be.

What is even more surprising to me and many other Liberians is that who is backing James Yarclay in that Liberia to keep him around, raging insults at high level government officials, and still talking bunch of trash. He is so full of himself that he is ready to range insult at anyone who questions his lies and deceptions. He started by insulting Mr. Charles A. Minor the Liberian Ambassador to the U.S., then he went on to insult Chairman Bryant and the NTG of Liberia, and today it is the head of the Contract and Monopoly Commission Mrs. Marie Parker. This is exactly a quote from James Yarclay, “ I am a Liberian and want to form part of the nation’s reconstruction process but the Transitional Government and some Liberians like Parker were only interested in corruption and other vices that were responsible for the outbreak of the 14 years crisis,” the UTE boss said.”

Is this not a sign of a man with a serious mental problem? This con artist so much believes in his own lies that no one can convince that it will take an act of God to bring him out of his illusion. Here is another example of what this mentally deranged man is talking about. He is still claiming his UTE Company has over US$ 3 million in Texas and over seven employees (the exact number in his abandoned household). Please note that this amount has now suddenly changed from the US$ 175million which he once claimed was given to him by the U.S. Export and Import Bank.

The only question that I have for Chairman Bryant and the NTGL, is that why is James Yarclay not in jail for making false claims to the Liberian Government, and insulting Government officials. At this stage, we the Liberian people are demanding, and strongly recommending to the Contract and Monopoly Commission that such a person and the company that he represents be immediately excluded from the bidding process, and turned over to the Justice Ministry for prosecution.

It is people like James Yarclay who is using his Liberian Citizenship to cause problems for this poor Country. Now we wonder as to why the United Nations is passing a resolution to take trusteeship of Africa’s symbol of hope and glory.
